The four-star Hotel La Villa Douce (31 rooms), located in Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, is seeking a Chef de Partie to strengthen the kitchen team at its restaurant, L’Envol, and offer our guests a gastronomic experience worthy of this exceptional location, where seasonal cuisine, local produce, and a unique panoramic view of the Mediterranean come together.

Contract: Fixed-term contract from April to September 2026
Accommodation: Accommodation available in Cavalaire-sur-Mer

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare and set up dishes at your station
  • Prepare dishes according to technical specifications
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of plates
  • Comply with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
  • Manage your workstation and participate in stock management
  • Work in coordination with the entire kitchen team and mentor junior chefs as needed
